Post-Purchase Questionnaire

Gather additional information from your ticket buyers with a survey. With Eventgroove’s post-purchase survey feature, you can survey ticket buyers after they purchase tickets to your event.

1. Add your survey link

In the ‘Buyer Info’ section of the event wizard, enter a link to the survey you set up. 

Note: You must set up your survey on a third party service…Eventgroove does not provide a survey tool.

2. Gather responses

On the confirmation page after attendees purchase their tickets, they will see your survey embedded directly on the page.
