How to use your event dashboard to its fullest potential
So, you published your event. Congrats! Now what? Here’s how your event dashboard can help maximize ticket sales.
1. Share event
Grab your event link to post on social media, or create a custom button to drop into your website or blog page. Want to customize your event link? You can do that here too.
2. Analytics
View and download information about who is visiting your event page. You can find numbers for overall page views, visitor locations, traffic sources and device types. Filter by date, and download your data as a CSV file.
3. Email invites
Use one of our email templates to email great-looking invites to guests. Event details and a link to your event page will automatically populate the template, so all you have to do is customize the message, enter email addresses, and send.
Prefer to use your own email service? No problem. We have integrations with Mailchimp and Constant Contact. Just link your account, and you can pass attendee data between your email account and your Eventgroove account.
4. Guest list
Get a quick view of your guests, their emails, order notes, and the number of tickets sold.
Reports: Download a report of guests and their check-in status as a CSV or PDF document.
